As a Carrier Sales Rep, you will contact trucking companies to negotiate rates and move freight for our customers. We also seek Customer Sales Reps to focus on the brokerage side of our business - providing unique carrier solutions to our customers’ diverse transportation needs. These are fast-paced roles, with a great deal of multi-tasking, problem-solving and communication with drivers and team members to accomplish goals. Enjoy uncapped monthly commissions on top of your base salary!

Carrier Sales Representative:

  • Develop and maintain carrier relationships.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with carriers through a deep understanding of the market.
  • Monitor shipment status, reply to e-mails, process updates and act as the point of contact for carrier and customer.
  • Communicate changes in load status to applicable parties.
  • Assign loads to trucks, following company policy on planning requirements.
  • Deliver world-class service to our carriers and customers.

Customer Sales Representative:

  • Develop a Sales Pipeline to generate qualified leads
  • Develop relationships with customers, vendors of existing customers, referrals and industry contacts.
  • Qualify accounts while developing an in-depth knowledge of a client’s business.
  • Secure and establish customer accounts to generate business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision makers and influencers.
  • Partner with customers on developing their service requirements and expectations.
  • Drive account strategy to solidify long term customer partnerships.

Both positions require:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service, sales position, or equivalent role preferred.
  • Prior experience in an inside sales role preferred.
  • Ninja-like multi-tasking and cold and warm hunting skills.
