We are seeking a Help Desk Technician who will provide technical hardware and software problem resolution to our customers by performing questions/problem diagnosis to guide users through step-by-step solutions in a help desk environment. The Help Desk Technician will communicate solutions and document problems and resolutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in system.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or certificate in technology or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Tech savvy with excellent knowledge of hardware and software issues.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
