We are seeking a hands-on, high energy individual to handle office, accounting and operational functions for our US sales and distribution office. Responsibilities include:

  • Order processing for large customers, including retrieving and handling orders from EDI system.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for customer orders.
  • Creating purchase orders and ensuring inventory for forecasted orders.
  • Coordinate with shipping department to process orders, following specific customer guidelines.
  • Prepare customer invoices.
  • Review and manage sales tax compliance.
  • Manage deposits.
  • Handles all A/P functions
  • Monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Handle monthly financial reporting.
  • Inventory management.
  • Human Resources and office management related tasks.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Associates degree in business or accounting.
  • Solid bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks or other automated accounting system.
  • EDI experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of US Sales Tax Systems.
