We are seeking a bright, energetic Sales Associate to introduce potential clients to the technologies and services offered by Paul Heath Associates for residential integration of both new and retrofit projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate with a strong interest in the electronics systems integration field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing lead-generating relationships with builders, architects, designers and existing clients.
  • Personally contact, foster and secure new business accounts/customers; make presentations to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Meet with clients to discuss needs, goals, and timelines; speak with knowledge and authority on technical options; and thoroughly communicate project goals and expectations to Design Engineers.
  • Review location floor plans and documentation and/or assess existing systems with Design Engineers.
  • Present proposals to clients, answer questions and close the sale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferably in communications, marketing, or technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience closing high-end sales, delivering high priority projects on-time and on-budget, while meeting the needs and expectations of the client.
  • Be motivated to learn and hungry to win.
  • Keen awareness and knowledge of the systems integration field.
  • Ability to completely maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
