Client Relationship Associate

The Client Relationship Associate plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the office. With overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, the Client Relationship Associate must be able to work effectively with other staff members, clients, and Wealth Advisors.
Responsibilities & Activities
- Communicates with clients in person, in writing, and over the telephone. Meets with clients to complete paperwork and attends periodic client update meetings with select clients.
- Event Management and Marketing:
- Handle logistical and marketing details for client events
- Send out invites, coordinate with venue and maintain marketing database.
- Manages new business functions:
- Meets with clients and starts new client forms processing.
- Follows up with clients as needed to make sure all paperwork is processed.
- Case Management:
- Manage cases that at different stages, proactively provide assistance needed to push the cases forward.
- Communicates, implements, and ensures compliance with guidelines and policies:
- Maintains compliance policies and documentation.
- Oversees the compliance and advertising approval process.
- Develops and maintains written documentation (systems) of all activities.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills to engage with our clients and our “crew”
- A learner’s mindset and an appetite for financial acumen, eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong attention to details, analytical skills, and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
- Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously, accommodating unexpected requests or needs, and following through
- Ability to operate within tight deadlines
- At least one year of relevant experience in a financial services firm assisting with day-to-day operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Proficiency with financial planning and customer relationship management software.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience. Finance, economics, business, or related major preferred
- Reliability is an essential function.
